Pukeko Team Art Excursion to Local Park

Challenge:  How many children can we fit on one item of playground equipment?

What an awesome trip we had on Friday 8 April to our local park.  All of the Pukeko team got to sketch trees, do leaf rubbings and make our names with discarded nature items.  We also got to use the playground too.  The real rain managed to hold off until we returned to school at 12pm :-)

Thanks to all our parent helpers who could make this trip possible and also to the awesome Miss Chalmers for organising this wonderful trip.

A big thanks to Mitchell and our buddy class Room 8 for organising and helping us complete this activity.  It was a fun alternative for our fitness session.
